An extremely popular level and height determining meter, the Zip Level PRO-2000 was heavily used after the Christchurch earthquake, to assess many of the damaged properties.
Updated in 2025, the new 2030 model features improvements such as the backlit display, increased vertical range (+/-7.5m), longer battery life along, an increased data storage capacity and a Bluetooth Smartlink for data transfer capabilities to a smartphone.

Unlike a rotating laser, the Zip Level PRO-2030 can go around corners, through rooms and houses and give you heights. It’s a quick, efficient and cost-effective solution for determining levels.

Today the Zip Level is extensively used by architects, landscapers, building consultants, property managers, utility contractors plus many more.

The Zip Level PRO-2030 consists of a base unit with a 30 meter cord, that connects to the display, which indicates the height. This will provide a 60m working diameter circle with it if placed in the middle of the site.

The supplied Uni-pod rod attaches to the display and also doubles as a vertical calibration for the machine.

The Zip Level PRO-2030 reads out to 2mm resolution (0.2mm in HP mode), has a 15 meter height determining range (+/- 7.56 meters) and the Uni-pod extends to 120cm.
