| The infrared thermometer (pyrometer) allows remote surface temperature measurements. The sensor measures the thermal energy radiated by the target. The measuring area on the target is a round spot whose diameter depends on the distance between target and sensor lens. Sensor data are transmitted in real-time using LoRaWAN® radio technology. LoRaWAN® enables encrypted radio transmissions over long distances while consuming very little power. |
